1. Age Eligibility & Verification (18+ Only)

BerryPin is an adult 1-on-1 random calling platform. You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to access or use any part of the service. By using BerryPin, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

2. Community Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment, all participants must follow these standards:

• Zero Non-Consensual Conduct: Non-consensual sexual harassment, non-consensual recording, or broadcasting another person without consent is strictly prohibited.
• Zero Tolerance for Minors: Any minor participation or depiction of minors results in immediate permanent IP ban and referral to relevant legal authorities.
• No Hate Speech or Threats: Racism, hate speech, bullying, extortion, stalking, and threats of violence are strictly prohibited.
• No Spam or Commercial Solicitation: You may not use BerryPin to advertise external services, solicit payments, sell products, or spam external links.

3. Peer-to-Peer Encryption & Data Architecture

All video and audio calls on BerryPin are transmitted directly between browsers using WebRTC peer-to-peer technology. BerryPin servers do not record, intercept, view, or store your live streams or in-call private text messages.

4. Instant Reporting & Automated Moderation

If a stranger violates these guidelines, use the Report button immediately. Reported users are automatically flagged, reviewed, and temporarily or permanently banned from the matchmaking queue.
